I went through the link that you attached when I first submitted my case. It says my case is "in progress", but when I click on the case, there is a prompt for me to "resume case", not really sure what is going on with that. Its been a few days since I got a response and nothing has changed, my old account is still linked to a disabled email. I just need someone at EA to unlink my Xbox account from my disabled EA account.
There is also no option for a live chat or anything. I went to Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information and there is no option to create a case and I do not see anyway to get in touch with support.
I see the EA community team does not understand what is going on with the help page either. Makes sense.
