Re: EA app tried to launch APEX through Epic Games Store.

I only can select below in Epic Games Launcher.
- Go To Store Page
- Add To Favorites
- Add To Collection

There are no item of uninstall.
I asked Epic Games support team the item of uninstall in Epic Games Launcher.
They answered "If there are no item of uninstall, the game is managed by EA app. Therefore you can uninstall APEX in EA app".

And, after uninstalling APEX in EA app once, I downloaded APEX again.

But the status wasn't changed.

Could you please try clearing the EA app's cache to see if it will allow you to use the EA app only to launch the game:

1. Go to the EA app’s menu.
   
   • On Windows, select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
   • On macOS, click Help at the top of the screen, then choose App Recovery.
2. Scroll to Help.
3. Click App recovery.
4. Select Clear cache.

I tried clearing the EA app's cache a few times by following the steps you showed me.
But the status wasn't changed.
