Re: Engine Error 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

I have experienced 15+ crashes in the last 2 months. I am currently constantly crashing from 2 different things. First is a DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG / DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED  which crashes the application. Secondly, I have had multiple BSODs without any error popups and error logs. In fact I have never gotten apex crash log. (I do have ~15 DMP files, I can attach if requested)

Quick reference if needed
CPU: Intel Core i7-11700K

GPU: 3060 TI

DxDiag attached

Solutions attempted, but failed:

-Repaired game files through steam

-Reinstall apex entirely 

-Updated Nvidia Drivers

-Backdated Nvidia Drivers

--Tried Month old and year old drivers

-Reinstall DirectX

-Clean boot

-Factory reset computer

I feel like I have tried 99.99% of fixes and nothing has worked, would love some input on any other ideas to fix the issue.
