While you've just completed the download, it looks as though one or more of the files may have been corrupted or failed to download properly.

Have you tried right-clicking the game and using the repair option? That should scan and replace any corrupted files to get this fixed up.

If you're on Steam, you'll want to verify the game files instead. Let us know if you're still running into trouble after that point!
