Re: Friend go falsley acussed of cheating even after ban apeal

Do note that if the ToS team has decided to uphold the actions taken against the account, that it's most likely permanent and that no change will be made.

If I'm correct, EA doesn't have to show proof of you cheating, therefore they can terminate said license if they find enough data that would point towards cheating.

Some things that would fall under cheating:

Abusing Exploits
Making use of direct software to manipulate inputs (Macro's, AHK)
Aim/Wall cheats
Abusing lag switches
Manipulation of game files
Using 3rd party software to gain an advantage (Overlays that calculate ultimate percentages of other users) [Overlays to get levels and player info are allowed as far I'm concerned]
Trying to datamine
Trying to get access to restricted databases
Owning a modded copy of Apex (e.c R5Reloaded)
Reverse engineering code
Many other things

Now since I know many players have a modded version like R5Reloaded, I would think that it has a high chance of it being the reason why they got banned.

It's also possible that your friend is sadly enough lying to you, meaning that he actually has cheated.

Hopefully he does learn from what he has done, and stops cheating in other games so he can learn to enjoy the games.

I have spectated him Multiple times before he got banned, i have played with him pretty much 95% of the games he has ever played in apex. There is no way he is cheating i dont even know what to say, there is nothing anyone can possibly do in this situation becuase its impossible to prove your innocens. You can't get help by the support either becuase there is no way to acually interact and have a conversation with them.

Do note that cheaters can be really good at hiding their cheats, they don't need to be playing blatantly.
They could've toggled whenever you were spectating or he has cheated in matches where you weren't present.
Wallhacks aren't visible for you, nor is it easy to see if someone isn't blatantly wallhacking.
Owning a copy of a modded version might also get this ban, check with him if it's not any of that.
If the ToS team already decided then so be it, I'm afraid that nothing can be done related to account issues on these forums.
