Amazon said they aren't able to help with the code redeeming, because they are only the distributors. I still have proof that I bought the actual gift card, and they also don't do refunds on giftcards anymore. I have the code and the order details of the giftcard, will that be enough for them to credit my account? This is the first time where I have this much trouble redeeming giftcards on a game. I even bought another card to make sure, and it still didn't work. The card worked, saying that the card has been redeemed on the ea redemption page, but when I actually check the game it doesn't show the currency added, and it says the card has already been redeemed after trying to redeem the card again.

I purchased an apex coin card on Amazon and it says I redeemed it but I have tried on steam, ea, and origin and it doesn’t show up on any of them. So I don’t know what to do now.

My apex coins code that I got from Amazon, for 2150 apex coins ($20) never got to my account after 7 days. I tried re-entering the code only for nothing to happen. I swear if I get scammed out of $20 by respawn without getting the things that I paid for im done with this game. plesae help
