- @Partunu That does help a little bit, saves me maybe 2-5% of my GPU but it's still very high.

I have also encountered this one time. I think this has something to do with EasyAntiCheat not the game binary itself...
- @PsyhiX69 I did find a fix involving this just now, I'll get back to you on whether it worked for me or not.

@CB1000XX Wanted to check if you meant to add the dxdiag doc, I don't see it. Also was wondering if you can share the fix you found? i'm somebody completely different, but i have the same issues. i can run cod cold war at max settings at 20% gpu usage but apex stays at 100%. no other game has this issue. my pc has no issues with it, i've tried reinstalling the game, verifying integrity, clearing cache, etc. literally haven't been able to play apex since the summer update. can we get a fix or an actual solution to this please? i want to be able to actually *play the game* with my friends.
There's already a 100% CPU usage issue since 2 months ago and no fix, and now there's 100% GPU usage? Come on Apex...
@EA_Illium Hi, sorry for the long response time. I shared the DXdiag through a screen capture I took and posted it with the other message but I guess it didn't post properly? Anyway I'll share the txt file with this message and hope it works this time. Also on the front of that fix I'm attempting it now and I'll let you know how it turns out.
@PsyhiX69 Unfortunately the fix doesn't seem to have had any effect at all, the fix mentioned, involves deleting the file folder for easy anti cheat and it's launcher in the game files for apex on steam and then verifying game files to restore them.
@EA_Illium My mistake about not posting the Dx.Diag file before, sorted that with the last post, hopefully it's of some help towards solving this issue. Please get back to me if you have any progress on the issue or maybe a fix, thanks.

@CB1000XX Hi, some other steps which have reportedly helped some (though unfortunately without a 100% hit rate are:
Nvidia Shader cache clearSpoiler1.) Install latest drivers - for this example these were NVidia drivers
2.) Disable Shader Cache in the NVidia control panel
3.) Hit apply
4.) Enable shader cache
5.) Hit apply
6.) Restart ComputerWindows Defender: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Lagging-100-CPU-Usage-FIX/m-p/10705582#M133144
