I was able to get in contact with an agent in minutes and he unlinked my account from the back end!! Thanks for your help. Now I am just crossing my fingers for when I get home and power up my PlayStation, hopefully all of my old data is there but if it is wiped due to the unlink then it is what it is, at least I tried.

what happend, did u loose your progress?
Technically no. And I have been accruing progress and packs while I have been playing but I still cannot access any tab besides play and club. So I can't open any packs or check my resources or change skins or anything. But I'm hoping that this is fixed in the new patch that dropped today. They said something about integrating your progress when you port over your profile.
