Have you had the chance to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? That can help with a lot of stability issues.
If you right-click on the game in your Origin Library you'll see a Repair option when the menu comes up. If you're still having the same issues after that please let me know. Thanks!

@EA_Kent Thanks for replying. I tried the repair option and it has worked for some part , While the temperature still keep rising , now my card controls them through the fan speed and keeps them around the 65 range.
I have also observed that not using V-Sync or using Dynamic V-Sync causes the temperature to go much higher as the card tries to get as much FPS as it can in the lobby screen.
I have to stick to double-buffered V-Sync for normal temps but it is playable.
While the issue was not fully solved, It is good enough that I can play it normally , This can be locked.
