Re: How do I fix an invalid EA account?

@EA_Aljo I’m not resetting it on the wrong account because I have been using the same email for years. I never had to reset my account in the last four years. it’s not working whatever your trying to make me do.

I took a look at your account. Apex is not one of the games on it so there would be a different account you play on. That's the account you need to reset the password for.

@EA_Aljo I also see another problem. I have multiple systems but unfortunately my apex account to my Xbox has been unlinked. I feel like on of your coworkers unliked it and now I have to go through this problem. I can link my PlayStation but not my xbox because it says it’s in valid. There is no way that I didn’t have a Xbox app when I have been playing for some years. I am getting very angry because I’ve never been through this experience with the EA company

I don't see why we would unlink your gamertag from your account as it causes a lot of damage. All the progress on all EA games is lost when that happens so it's something we don't normally do. There's a good chance you're resetting the password for the wrong account. In many cases, people don't realize their EA account is on a different email than their Xbox account. If this isn't the case, contact an advisor so they can try to get this resolved for you.
