100 Premium Wishlist Packs Disappeared After Server Error (Upgraded with Shards)

Hello,

 

On February 22, 2026, I purchased Apex Coins via Steam:

- One purchase for 2,150 Apex Coins (€19.99)

- One purchase for 6,700 Apex Coins (€59.99)

Total: 8,850 Apex Coins (€80)

 

 balance: 1550 Apex Coins

 

I used these coins to buy/upgrade 100 Apex Packs to premium wishlist items (using shards / red pieces)

 

I also had 5 free packs.

 

While opening the packs → server error message → game restart → all 100 premium wishlist packs DISAPPEARED (no rewards or items received).

 

Now: only 550 AC left + my 5 free packs remaining.

 

Contacted EA support 3 times  they said "wait", or we cant do anything

but nothing after more than 24 hours.

 

Proofs attached 

-  Current in-game screen showing 550 AC and limited packs.

  • Same thing happened to me on feb. 20th only I got 50 apex packs still haven’t received anything and I got in contact with live support they couldn’t do anything for me

    For the past three days, I've been contacting support, but they keep telling me there's nothing they can do or that technical support will review my case. They told me it's a bug, but they take my money and offer no solution.

    Happened to me on 02/23/26 and they literally sent me a link to this so I could just type my issue, in other words they can’t do anything about it which is bs

    Ref: EA Case #238642027 —   Game Team.

    Seeking confirmation from EA Game Team on whether the discrepancy in server logs can be investigated and resolved.

    The issue happened after a server error while opening 100 premium wishlist packs.

    Additional information:

    Steam confirmed the purchase and EA already restored the purchased Apex Coins.

    However, the account state before the server error was not restored.

     

    This suggests a partial restoration of the account.

     

    Could the Game Team please verify the server transaction logs before and after the purchase of the 100 Premium Wishlist Packs and the server error?

    Update – Case #238642027

    I would like to provide update regarding my issue.

    This problem was reported immediately after a server error occurred while opening 100 Premium Wishlist Packs. EA support confirmed it was a bug and escalated my case to the Game Team.

    After several weeks of waiting + exchange with EA support , I have now been informed that the issue cannot be verified because more than 30 days have passed.

    This situation is extremely frustrating, as the delay was entirely due to internal processing time. The issue was reported on time, with all necessary evidence provided.

    To summarize:

    • Steam confirmed the purchase
    • EA restored purchased Apex Coins
    • The account state before the server error was NOT fully restored
    • 1700 Apex Coins and 150,000 Legend Tokens are still missing

    This clearly indicates a partial restoration after a confirmed server error.

    I am requesting a final review of my case and an exception, as the delay was not on my side.

    If any EA staff or community manager could look into this, it would be greatly appreciated.
