Apex servers?

while playing ranked i freeze and get teleported back and is especially annoying when im fighting someone and i shoot them but it doesn't register and teleports me back and i get downed, ive checked my Wi-Fi and that's not the issue, ive turned my graphics down and that's not the issue, could it just be a problem with apex? (i get three icons on the top right of my screen during matches, audio loss and random freezing)
