Re: I submitted a case on eahelp, but it sad there is no cases found on my account
I've tried rebuilding and submitting cases over a dozen times on both PC and mobile, but they all say the cases were successfully submitted. However, I can't find any record of them in my case folder. This is a weird situation I've never experienced before. Could it be an account issue?
