    @Unpaid_Jesus

    The system used by Apex makes use of IP and HWID bans, more than that I cannot disclose.

    HWID's are unique identifiers for hardware, 2 pieces of hardware cannot share the same ID.

    It's extremely unlikely for someone to have purchased a piece of hardware that has been logged, even then, there are most likely systems in place to prevent such things from happening too.

    IP bans are different, I'm not really going into that ATM as this thread really isn't meant to be continued but I just wanted to inform you.

    It's pretty much virtually impossible for a banned IP to get assigned to another network, resulting in them getting banned.

    I'm sure there's plenty of information of this out there on the web if you're interested, though what my knowledge tells me is that he couldn't have gotten banned simply by buying a HWID logged piece of hardware.

    I could be wrong about this, if this is a legit case then it could mean something else, though that's up to the ToS team to decide for the OP of this thread.
