EA Staff (Retired)To confirm if the Xbox account was linked to a previous EA account this would be why you don't see any progress. As progress and items are stored at the EA account level, so when you unlink a platform account you will not be able to take your items and progress.
To attempt to restore progress to your Xbox platform you will need to relink it back to its original EA account.

EA Staff (Retired)Initial unlinking is typically not recommended, as in cases like this it results in losing your items and progress and we are unable to guarantee anything can be returned.

However, As your account has already been unlinked from its original EA account and linked to a different one you don't have your progress or items. If you want to attempt to restore your progress/items you would want to relink the Xbox account back to its original EA account.
If you wish to use all of your accounts on one EA account for Cross Progression, then you would not be able to attempt to restore your content. Whichever route you want to go with would be up for you to decide.

EA Staff (Retired)Apologies for being the bearer of bad news, but we are unable to remove cool-down periods with linking accounts as this is a security feature. We would simply need to wait for the stated time before linking it to the correct account.
