Re: I've got the penalty for leaving match(at rank match) caused from error

Hi I am receiving this error as well, and i've tried repairing EAC, reinstalling the game, and rebooting PC after performing any of the above, and the problem may go away for 1 or 2 games, but it reoccurs frequently enough to the point where it started giving me 10 minute penalties.

It occurs when entering lobby, and I can see my character frozen at Repulsor, then it freezes onto the dropship, then it disconnects me.

For my friends who are playing with me, it appears as if i'm not in the lobby, but then they see me in-game once in dropship (but i'm not moving), and then DC's around the same timing.

This started occuring since the latest update.

    @OilYoshi This is a wild guess but I stopped getting penalties if after the error I managed to get into a ranked match without closing the game...

    I appreciate the additional details on this. 

    We're currently looking into the stability issues that have been happening in some locations, including Japan. Thanks for being patient with us while this is under investigation.

    @EA_Kent I know it is difficult to be a developper and problems will always arise but, as a temporary measure, you should at least remove the leaver penalty until you can make those servers stable.
    That would make everyone happier.

    This happens to me several times a day and I always play ranked Ieven screen recorded it and have screen shots and I live in United states in florida I have videos and all has happened 3times today

    @same situation.me.

    Staying “Loading Kings Canyon” screen for over ten sconds, 

    then the match begins so slow, even frame-by-frame ,that I cannot play.

    Further worse, EA and Respawn gave me an ABANDON PENALTY  when I forced to disconnect from the match in situation above.

    It’s your lacking of technical skill.

    No need new season, no need new legend, no need new map, no need something new.

    JUST make Your game Playable.

    My environments:

    PS4 slim

    Tokyo server

    playing variety of legend when this happened

    every time of a day, moring, after lanch, before midnight

    no spcific match type.Both ranked and casual match.

    Dear @EA_Kent  that is not good enough. the season is almost over now. we've been plagued with these issues for weeks. i've lost 1500 points in diamond because of errors. ive lost 3000 points in platinum because of errors. it's not right. just fix the forgiveness to be unlimited, no one has time for this bs. the players that are grinding are the ones being punished. i literally just lost 96 points in 9th place with 1 kill and 1 assist just going into round 2 with plenty of time for more points to be earned. it's complete b.s. to punish us for your coding erros, server errors and other acts of god beyond our control.
