Re: keep getting banned on apex legend for no reason

Yo you dont understand. this my account got banned in Aug 3, 2021. i was playing apex legends and it was like lagging (fps drop) and then it kicked me out in the game and says "The Client's game accoung has been banned:Banned"

Like how did that happen? so i went to Ban HISTORY(dashboard) just to know if i did something wrong but nothing in there!!! 

at first i taught i was got banned because of changing file( From English AUDIO to JAPANESE AUDIO). but it wasnt the reason! so i re-installed my game and sameshit is happened!!!! 

and here i am, i created new one cuz i am waiting to this account to get unbanned but again,,, sameshit happened.

And my question is; why i keep getting banned in Apex Legends? Did i do something wrong? I mean i aint hacking thou and i have no Third Party Running on Background and Apex Legends is the only game i have on my pc. Im confused rn! This only happen after the Season10 patch

It depends on how busy the Terms of Service queue is. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Unfortunately, I don't have any details on your ban though.

like i mentioned earlier...i give up my main account after 15 cases and didnt get and they still not unbanned my account...what i want to know  is about my new account keep getting banned after playing 2 or 3 games.

this has to be some technical issue...dont you see all screenshot i send..all my new account got banned on level 3-5 ..literally just play like 2 games...

because even if created another account i still keep getting banned..bacause of auto banned or something that they put in my pc...

even if you dont want to unbanned me...atleast removes the auto banned thing on my pc...

i will just uninstall and stop sending appeals and create new case everyday to ToS team..because its over 30 cases/appeals  i send to  ToS team  already...

I had the same issue. went to log into my account after 6 months without playing first game i die in first few minutes and then it kicks me ban. i sent appeal waited 3 months with no response. EA wont respond when they know they are in the wrong. All new Accs getting banned after a match or 2. So at this point all i can do is go into the hacker world for a apex spoofer. and at that point i might as well buy cheats too cause im having to buy a spoofer just to play a game i didnt cheat at. This is why your game sucks csuse you send players down this rabbit hole. This is the same reason your constantly getting ddosed. EA needs to step up n admit they have done wrong. or ill just say f it n cheat n ruin the game like you guys ruined mine

yup same boat and cant even talk to anyone through email or phone banned on 4 accounts for no reason so basically if this happened to you no more apex or ea games 6k i spent on ea * to just get banned for nothing 

and they wonder why there is so many hackers they last longer on accounts then people actually playing legit and spending money on the game but yet you can have a gibby speed  hacking running with 2 guns all types of crazy hacks and go from bronze to pred hitting all headshots but someone like us get banned mid game for nothing

because yall reply to one email PER DAY then switch persons. every day .and don't assist with anything.... how about getting a REAL person to answer and help us with our accounts who have been banned for NO REASON. Fortnite and Val have the same anti cheat and im not banned on those soo CLEARLY this is a huge misunderstanding. 

Did you ever fix it? Or you just quit the game? 

Might aswell just quit it.. They dont give a flying F about their game or their playerbase.. They never give real responses, they dont deal with cheaters and players who ruin the games for others. They dont fix real issues, they care more about weird stuff like firing range and new weird skins. 

The game is absolutely great, sadly its being left alone to die slowly. will take some time but it will die specially when they wont deal with the real issues. 

Hell, just look at the Apex Coins prices compared to whay they actually do to improve the game / gameplay xD its way to much compared to nothing xD

Best advice, just leave it. No other game gives you the challenges Apex can give you, sadly. but find something else to play, best advice

can i ask one thing just one is thers is ip ban in apex so i cant creat anymore accounts 

Did you ever get this resolved? I was banned like 3 weeks ago for no reason what so ever, got my account back and was mid match and game said I got banned. Extremely bummed. Have allot of money into the game as well. Haven’t cheated a day in my life. In fact I report people that are blatantly cheering or toxic in the game and I come across a bunch. Are my two heirlooms just a complete loss?
