I don't think the keyboard and mouse work on Apex Legends console, the feature is not added in the game. I've tried it on my Xbox One X and only the TAB button on the keyboard works.

I think you will only get banned if you use some modded keyboard and mouse like remapping controller buttons to keyboard and mouse.

But other than that you will not get banned if you have a keyboard and mouse attached to your console and if you press the buttons of K and M during game

I hope respawn adds K and M compatibility on console coz I am also a k and m player
