Re: Latency spikes on Xbox One

I understand your preference, however I'm not paying for this modem. Now this modem is brand new and the issue persists. The Videotron tech showed me the specs for the modem on his phone. Having worked myself as a manager at a reseller ISP that uses Videotron's lines, I understood fully well these signal levels. I spoke to 3 different types of technicians telling me it's fine.

Like I mentioned in my initial troubleshooting, I don't have these lags at all on the Nintendo switch playing Apex. Can we stop blaming the hardware at this point? Is there anything else I can do?

Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas. If we find any issues on our end, we'll make an announcement. Otherwise, you can try contacting an advisor to see if they have anything else to suggest. That can be done here

  • I've downloaded the game on PS4. Using the same network as my Xbox. No. Issues. The game is smooth

Not too sure what this confirms 🙄 but for now I will play on PS4

Same here. I can play on my Series S or PC with no issues, but Xbox One is a strugglefest.

Thanks for the update. I'm glad you can play smoothly now, but it's definitely disappointing you have to switch consoles. If I can think of anything else to try for your Xbox, I'll update here.
