Re: Level 500 Bug? "Server shutting down - Internal Server Error"

This is ridiculous, everyday this post gets larger and it seems as if nothing is going to happen, when will this issue be taken seriously when everyone is 500 and then no one can play. So far their is no way of seeing how any of us will be able to play the new season through the battle pass. How will we able to use the new legend that all the hype is about if we can’t even buy him once the season starts. There’s so many reasons on why this needs to be fixed as soon as possible but once again where left with nothing

I love how this thread continues to speak out justice and so far nothing has come out of it😂😂😂just have too say this congrats on achieving the highest possible level ''currently obtainable'' unfortunately you have been struck with the ''go outside'' error aka the ''server shutting down, internal sever error'' make a new account in 5 secs... 5 4 3 2 1, ''game over'' well this the end of the line for you's friends, hope too see you all on your new accounts :3 basically respawn way on double stacking our spending by making a new account to re-buy the same crap we had on our original account, how fun :3 either way once you hit 500 , you have two choice, quit and sit on the sidelines until a patch which will clearly never come or make a new account and start from scratch unfortunately :3 

@Bestburrito4uTo be honest my dude, i don't think it matters really about money anymore, Drew McCoy made that clear with his comments during the iron clear event ‘The amount of people who spend is crazy low, most of ya’ll are freeloaders (and we love that!) and a change in price doesn’t move the needle.' Also on regards to king canyon, according to developer Leeeeeee-RSPN The 30 items/ 24 in the packs and 6 in shop rotation will return 6 mouths after the iron claw which is next mouth since its been 5 mouths and 19 days which means someone in March aka season 4 aka unobtainable Revenant aka returning king canyon and new rank but still won't have players on the Sydney ranked servers since most of the player base is in normals XD, good news for every player under 500, horrible news for level 500 people since were barred from the shop so how exactly are we suppose to buy anything or is this a chance for Drew McCoy to call the level 500 players freeloaders again???😂😂😂😂

My GF just got this bug. Plays on PC, level 210. It's not just a "Level 500" issue.

@ArchProfCosmo It's likely to be a separate issue, "Internal Server Error" is a generic message and can have a bunch of potential causes. This thread is now about the level 500 issue, can you post (or ask her to post) how the issue manifests for her? 

@Bestburrito4uUnlucky my dude but hey you can still post whatever you like here :3 just makes sure its appropriate and doesn't spiral into another argument 😂😂😂 You can understand why @EA_David did it, the conversation was a lawsuit turn debate and not gonna say it was a complete failure because people got to voice their side on how they see this issue which is some way educational and at least they now know your dedicated fans spending your hard earn cash for the future success of apex legends 🤗

For me it is now over 30 days, that i have this bug, could not purchase the Path Skin, what makes me sad. This skin is in the top 3 best looking path skin's so far, not sure if it will ever come back to the store but for now it is gone...... Also missed out a few recolour skins because of this stupid bug.

As a software developer, i understand that bug's can happen in large code bases and project's but fixing an issue that affects players/customers by locking them out of the store should be prio. #1. In trello you state that with recent 3.3 patch new issues were brought up but that was like 20 day's ago.

I mean cmo'n respawn, what are your dev's doing? Playing Apex all day long????

Just read through all of that, sorry you had to deal with that, I quit Apex for a while since the level up update, and currently sit 170ish account. If it makes you feel any better, I now know not to play untill lvl 500.

850 euro spent btw, dunno how many hours tho.

The Grand Soiree event skins were added to the base loottable for apex packs. And are also listed in the "skins" tab for each legend.

You should be able to craft the Pathfinder skin for 1200 crafting metals when this problem is resolved.

@Wingmannedbronot at the moment unfortunately, the only three skins that are craft-able and obtainable from apex packs from the Grand Soiree event are hype beast crypto, viceroy Bangalore and Third Emperor Caustic. Wattson, Pathfinder, Mirage, octane and bloodhound are exclusive due to the symbol next too their names unfortunately, the top three mention before don't tho,

Seriously?

That's dumb, I knew the Bang and Caustic skin could be crafted. And the event didn't have any event packs or heirloom involved, since the Bang skin was a legendary it would make sense that all of them were added to loot table.

Seems i thought wrong.

So based on my last post on this issue of level 500 pertaining to the season 4 update their is no certainty that tomorrow’s update will fix this problem based on @EA_Kent response. I’m honestly disappointed and won’t even try anymore the fact that this has gone on so long and still haven’t been resolved is mind blowing. It’s so ironic that tomorrow is the anniversary of apex’s release yet still the most dedicated players who got to level 500 won’t be able to reap any rewards of this new season and legend. It’s sad to know a game you invested and grown to enjoy no longer gives you this feeling. That’s all I have to say.
