Re-link PSN account

Hi, I read the news about the upcoming cross play in apex legends, so I decided to link my PSN account to another EA account I was playing on PC. After linking my PSN account to my EA account PC, I can no longer view heroes/coins/battle pass/skins on PlayStation. I read that I need to link my PSN account back to my previous EA account where it was, but I can't do that because I get the message: you can unlink account after 4/25/2024.

Please tell me how i can unlink the PSN account from EA account so I can get it back to PlayStation ea account and play Apex legends on PlayStation?
