Re: "Loading and Compiling Shaders" every single time I run the game

I have these 2 issues since the update for season 10  before season 10 went live i played te game whole day and wasnt experiencing any of these problems. I have 2 problems first one is when i enter the game it says loading and compiling shaders and loads around 6800 folders everytime i launch the game which takes about 5 to 10mins. the decond and the most importans issue i am having is when i am on the lobby pressing ready button for any of the game types including firing range it doesnt say matchmaking on the bottom left it says loading and says the maps name for example loading kings canyon. and it doesnt matter how long i wait it wont find a match. 

I tried updating drivers and windows, repairing the game, installing the game and playing it from the steam, uninstalling both the origin and the game and reinstalling them. Nothing has worked yet please help.

PS: i was able to buy the battlepass and seer nothing is wrong with the other aspects of the game as far as i know..

Update: steam isnt making me download the shader files anymore. and after waiting for 30 mins i entered a game and after that game i was able to join the 2nd one immediately but if i wait a couple of mins it again says loading. Then i closed the game and relaunched it still says loading and i am waiting its been 10 mins...
