Re: Lost loot box from leveling. Possible Bug?

I believe that i received at level 55, don't really remember exactly. The point is, i pressed Y to join a match (i play on Xbox one x) and proceeded to open the box. At the beggining of the animation of the robot, found a match and the game started, and at the end there were no box and no loot whatsoever.

@Ebirac Thank you. We've looked into a few of these reports and in each case the content was delivered, but we of course want to ensure everyone gets their content.

Can I check when did this happen? The last pack I see you earning was about 31h hours ago, and I see a pack opening about 23 hours ago. Would this correlate with levelling up to unlock the pack, and when you started the match? 

It happened yesterday, and when i realized, i googled to check if it already happened with someone else and i ended here. But 23, hours, Jesus, already that long? I need a break from the game. I don't know the exact hour, but in any case, it was the last box i opened. I believe i gained 3 or 4 levels but none of them gave me any box.

Yep, I can see multiple instances of the 600 token grants since the pack was granted.

It looks like the pack contents weren't too dramatic, a skin for the EVA-8, a card frame for Pathfinder and Shotgun Kill tracker for Mirage.

Well, since it was a bug and not working as intended, i'll gladly accept an heritage for my Wraith, no big deal.

Haha, even if I could give those out I think i'd get in a lot of trouble for it. 🙂

But from what I can see you should have gotten the items. Can you check if you have the card back and the kill tracker? I think the EVA-8 skin was Blue Fade too.

I'm having a similar issue - I get a notification showing an apex pack has been earned, but when returning to the ready up screen there is nothing. Fairly sure this has happened a few times in a row. As per your previous post, if I wasn't supposed to receive loot, perhaps there is a bug with the notification showing when it shouldn't
