First, the process for cross-progression is automatic. So your highest level account on the EA account will become the main one.

If that should be the PSN account, to check for the other linked accounts (PC, Xbox, Switch) where those unlinked from another EA account or linked to the EA account tied to your PSN on or after Oct 26th?

If they were unlinked at all, your items and progress will be stored on their previously linked EA accounts, if you linked them for the first time on/before Oct 26th they will not be eligible for cross-progression.

In addition, please note some items will not carry over as they are not eligible for cross-progression.

Hi!
All my acounts, including the Playstation account is linked to the same EA-account and has been so for a long time. They have never been linked (to another account) or unlinked. So I don´t understand why the merge hasen´t happen.

I tried now to login into my other accounts on Xbox, Pc and Switch. The Crossprog has gone trough and I have the same accountlevel on all plattforms, but I only have my Playstation-items on all plattforms. All my packs (75+ unopened),skins and currency (coins, crafting etc) from the other plattforms is gone + the Champion Edition-content from my Switch is also gone. So something has gone really wrong in the merge

I got the first promp to Cross prog on my PS5. Didn´t get the second screen (merge) and nothing has been transfered from the other accounts.
All my acounts, including the Playstation account is linked to the same EA-account and has been so for a long time. They have never been linked (to another account) or unlinked.
