Re: missing apex coins 2000 (support did not give results after 3 cases)

I finally got an email response to my ticket but have been told my proof of purchase is in invalid 3 times now even though I have followed the guidance on https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/#steam and provided all relevant images.

Support seems more interested in making this as difficult as possible to fix so that I give up.

Do not understand how a massive company can get away with stealing money from small consumers.

    This is ridiculous, the latest update is the support going ALL the way back to the beginning:

    2. I have provided proof of purchase multiple times now. The support is actually regressing in their help.

    What a joke of help system...
