Re: my account got banned in apex with no reason

If you have a ToS sanction on your account @AndoVolution and @Zachrayisoffline then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

  • I have put in the form, and this is the email I got after sending another one as I was unhappy at the response. This one made me cancel my subscription and not bother anymore.

    @AndoVolution i didnt do anything and am super friendly how is it possible that i was banned its something really frustrating i even bought the battle pass if i was a hacker why the hell i would do that
  • @EA_Darko would they send full details of why we were banned like we need the reason why since almost everybody here says they didnt do anything even after reading the terms i didnt do anything ive sent a request still waiting for the replay

    We are unable to discuss a ToS sanction on AHQ @jiffzero. Any questions you may have will have to be directed to our ToS team using the steps I posted above.

  • ive followed every step / everything u said 
    ik ur trying to help so pls help me season 2 is about to come and i reall want to play it with my account
    as u can see in the photo asap still taking 3 days (almost 4)
    i swear i didnt do anything that breaks the terms 
    p.s ive only played with a hacker and i can give his username i have a pic for that too 
    and still he didnt get banned and i did 
    pls reply asap @EA_Darko

    As I said previously @jiffzero we cannot assist with a ToS sanction on your account. You will need to wait to hear back from our Terms of Service team.

    Same thing happened to me. I did nothing, always playing fair and got banned without any explanation. Im so sad

    Hey all, all questions relating to a sanction or ban needs to be addressed to our Terms of Service team.


    We cannot assist with any ToS issues on AHQ.

    I got the same email... "It is a free game", sure. When you buy battle pass after battle pass and some lootboxes it sucks to start over. You need to grind for more champs etc...

    Sorry to say @TokN1337 but if our TOS team has advised you that you breached the rules then you would need to speak with them in order to appeal the decision.

  • How is it you cna answer so quickly regaurding e.a stuff i keep seeing the same thing get directed to T.O.S they need to grt to people faster we support all of you when we pay for these games. Me for example still waiting on a reply bacl from T.O.S after my account got hacked and the hacker was using cheats now ive lost my account i literally just spend money buying the morage heirloom your customers deserve faster responses my case is simple look the the i.p u can easy tell it wasnt me but yet i still havent heard anything and im losing out on keeping up with the event and the season 5 battle pass this is ridiculous and un professional  just saying takes you a day to ban someone and email them saying they are banned but when ur customer is a victim you cant even get a response from the T.O.S is there a number to call to speed this process up

  • @EA_Darko please help me get unban from apex legends i am13 yaers child a guy sended me a file on discord he said this will increse your fps i ran the file without even playing any game i got hwid banned

  • I have opened up two cases i just checked before they were in progress now they said closed but i havent gotten and emails or anything about it how can my case be closed if i was never emailed or they wasnt any resolution?

    Hey @AEG_Equalnone if you open up multiple cases then any duplicates will be closed.


    The best thing is to be patient and give the team time to respond.

  • Its pretty hard to be patient as ive been wait8ng days for a response and gotten nothing i paid so much money for this account and everyday that passes i lose out on completing the new event and gettting new items its very stressful when you put all this time on an account to get hacked banned then stuck waiting for a resolution that seems to never come like is there n9 way to actually call a number and have this matter looked into ive already lost several days now with my cases closed looks like imma have to wait several more days for being a victim

    You arent alone dude, I also got banned for doing absolutely nothing.I do not even type in chat and I do not hack so im not sure what I could have done wrong, I am also waiting for a response but have heard nothing yet. Companies like Blizzard have far more people playing yet can respond to a ticket within 24 hours. I have already waited 3 days to hear nothing. Thats what I get for giving this company over $200...All of that time wasted. They wont be receiving anything else from me if my account doesn't get unbanned.

    Hey all, you will need to wait for the TOS team to respond. No other team can assist with any issues related to a sanction or ban on an account.

  • Yes Darko we get it, we are simply ranting, you can stop repeating the same thing over and over agaib. We understand you can't do anything for us eventhough you work for the company.
