Let's start troubleshooting this issue. 🙂

I have a few suggestions that might fix this issue.
First, try disabling any overlay software (Discord, Origin...) and check if your game still minimizes.
If that didn't to the trick adjust your focus assist in Windows.

You can do this as follows:
Press your Windows key and click settings.

Go to System and in the list, on the left side, you'll see Focus assist.

Open the tab focus assist and take over these settings:

When I'm playing a game: On

When I'm using an app in full-screen mode: On

Let me know if this changed anything.
