Hey @354646846450,

Assuming these are the privacy settings you've checked through, that should allow others to find you using those methods.

Are you able to add your friends at all instead?

Another option would be using the EA Desktop app to accept/send friend requests using the EA ID or your selected username in that app, then signing back into Apex via Steam to check that they've been added in-game at that point. Any change if you give that a try?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. 

    In Privacy settings, all options are selected. 

    Unfortunately, writing nick name, in game lobby, nothing pops up. (in find friend)

    I could try and use Desktop app.

    It seems that everything is fixed or maybe it was made by EA Desktop app.

    I can see my friend and we can cross play.
