Hi @BobitsApex
To confirm it sounds like the Nintendo Switch account is already linked to an existing EA account. In that case, you would have two options:
- Either keep the Switch account connected to the current EA account to keep your progress or unlink it to use it with cross-progression.
Please Note, If you unlink the Switch account you will not bring your progress and items over to the new EA account as they are stored at the EA account level and not the Platform account. In addition, we are not able to merge content from multiple EA accounts together.
