hello i have the same issue. I have gone through every single apex support forum and done everything they wanted to no avail. Ive made two tickets which were both closed without me being able to talk to them and they didnt help at all. I cant contact an advisor because the website keeps looping back on it self, I have legit spend 4 hours from yesterday to today trying to fix my issue and i cant. I need a support person to please look at my ticket which says waiting for player. Yes i know waiting for player means they're waiting for an email response by me but i havent gotten any email like that, they legit said in the email to not respond to them.
