I see no one else has replied to your question so Im going to stick with my first assumption, that theres only one or two people trying xbox only method at any one time. Simply becaus you have to change the setting in your xbox settings and restart the console, wait for everything loading bla bla. I was thinking about joining a facebook apex xbox group and trying to organise a large group of people to all try at the same time maybe.
