i did it as you said but not work

Maybe that i downloaded game from Beta client 

than after i unistalled origin from beta client and installed on full accses client 

the game was still On disk but downloaded from Old client so im playing apex with Full accses but it was downloaded from beta user 

maybe you can find a way

My problem is same i cant party up with my friends 

We are cross platform and having this problem. He is on pc and I'm on ps4. Started when I updated my game today.

I am currently having this issue with my brother. He is on pc and I am on xbox. He says I'm appearing offline and in our club, he's appearing offline.  He plays from steam. He unfriended me in Hope's to friend me again but I'm not getting his request and he's not getting mine.

Do you know if both of your accounts are connected to the same EA Account?

Hmm, gotcha. Do you know if either you or your brother's EA Account is set as a child account?

Neither of us are set as a child account.

Gotcha, thanks! Have you double-checked your Xbox privacy settings to make sure they are allowing crossplay and invites?

All privacy are open. I think I found the solution. I had to delete the saved  data for the game and this made me appear online to my brother on pc and he was available online for me to see as well.

Starting today, i can't see my friends online. Im on the origin platform my friend is on steam. Yesterday everything worked. When he joins me, he appears online.

There's currently an issue in Origin that's preventing the friends list from working in some cases. The team is currently investigating and working to get this fixed.

hey, I am having the same issues, we're playing on PC. There's 2 person that always appears offline to me (that I know of) both in origin and in game. They can still invite me to party though, because I appears as online/away to them in origin, but I never appears in game even though I am playing the game that they invite me to play.

They may have turned on offline mode in origin. Tell them to check there online status from origin client.

where do i find saved data on pc please

I'm having the same problem. I'm on PC and my friend is on Xbox. When were in Apex it's showing his status as offline, when he actually is online. This isn't happening for all of my friends. Please help. Thanks.

Me to i play on ps4 and he is playing on switch, hè is appearing offline and we can send friend request but they dont appear at the other.
