Re: Packet loss on Singapore servers

I did the UOTrace and these were my results (as attached). There doesn't seem to be anything with packet loss.

However in Apex I can be playing fine in 2-3 games then the following game I'll be having 30% packet loss. And after restarting the game and reconnecting to the same match it'll be fine 80% of the time. Other 20% it'll still be packet loss.

Hey, @EA_Atic Yes I’ve tried everything I can. I called my ISP. I tried changing the DNS settings. I did a speed test and everything is normal. 

Im gonna attach 2 files to show you the before and after of the Singapore 1 server ping in the main menu I think thats gonna be helpful for you  to understand.

So what happens is we have 3 servers in Asia. Singapore 1 , Singapore GCE 1 , Singapore GCE 2 . Only singapore 1 server has the ping issue and yet thats the server most of the players use (I guess) . Even though you change the server to Singapore GCE 1 , due to lack of players you get connected to Singapore 1 server. Thats why we get high ping servers most of the time. Hope you understand!!

@EA_Atic everyone in my country right now is facing this problem. It only happens In apex. Every other game we tried runs smooth. Singapore 1 gives 100+ ping and packet loss of 20 atleast. However, Singapore GCE 1 shows a normal 40 ping.  The thing is many of the Singapore players play on Singapore 1. So even if I select GCE, since there are no players in GCE I will be put into matches on SG1 servers and that makes me lag. This started to happen at the end of s6 and I'm yet to enjoy s7 because the lag is frustrating and I cannot have fun in apex anymore. Please fix it as soon as poosible.
