I think we should try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help out with the packet loss issues you've been seeing. When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website to see how that goes. 


If you're still running into the same issues after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how it goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!

    Hi

      I have been having some issues in apex for the past week. Its only in matches though. My game will start stuttering and everyones mic will cut on and off as well. Im not lagging in any other game and ive tried changing my data centre multiple times. You have any suggestions or ways i might be able to fix this. Im hoping to be able to play the game again. I have a video clip of what is happening if you would like to see it.

    I fixed it somehow. I just deleted it for the 3rd time and re-downloaded and it worked
