I play on Xbox and have xfinity every time I get into a game i have the shield icon in my performance display and I get packet loss I have never had that problem before and all of a sudden I get it I had xfinity change all the cables in and out of my house and got a new router and still pops up and I can’t play ranked I can play pubs and the wildcard but no ranked what is goin on I have been playing apex since season 0 and i played with friends and never laged either please fix the problem 

And it also don’t make sense that my friends have xfinity and they don’t have any problems playing the game 

 

PLEASE FIX

    Can confirm. RANKED is the only thing affected by this issueEA_Mako​ . Could be linked to Xfinity internet though that would be odd. I only started having this issue 3 weeks ago, but it is absolutely impossible to play ranked on my Xbox Series X. Packet loss reached 80 every game, seems to diminish once 5 squads remain. Please get back to us that someone is looking into this issue :/ I haven’t been able to play ranked in almost a month.
