Hello @YunArrebol,

unfortunately, we cannot help you with this issue here in the forum - only Support has access to account data. If the Terms of Services team has already reviewed your account and found the ban to be correctly applied, there is nothing that can be done about it.

    but I know they make wrong ban， what about my account？ what about my time and money？ my enthusiasm？
    could you help me contact TOS，I just want them to see what I pay and what I write. I have got the date for that day and send to them. but they never see. many people like me got a response and unban. many body know TOS's ban wronged a lot of people. they always ban some people for uncertain reason and unban for one day. this can prove that they missed a lot of people but blacklist them.
    please! I really want to get my account back. it might just be an email to you. but it is my baby.
    please! I beg!
