Hi I can't believe they said there no issues and play deaf after so many testimonials? That's prove how the **** they don't give a ****. I'm sorry but I'm speechless even ea manager know there something wrong, they can only report or relate to other services. The hierarchy is so ******. It's only a minority that's why they don't take it as priority and then considered not important. But this issue started since S12 and they didn't treat for the whole season at least 3 months these people got ignored. It's unbelievable  Nvidia know there something wrong too. How in 2022 with high setups?

Did you tried by removing Xbox bar companion if you have it installed? I found two of them resolving that issue by uninstalling that. I hope S14 will be fixed but we know they'll be always new bug not easy. All they can do is copy paste relating to the old issues similar.

  • Unfortunately I had no luck with uninstalling xbox companion app, and I have no other overlays running. And yes, unfortunately there's always a different answer depending on the person you're chatting with at EA. I've noticed some community managers on these forums do as much as they can to dive into people's issues, and they can't always fix these issues as it often needs higher attention from respawn themselves. But I really felt like the last person I talked to in that last transcript was implying it was simply my computer, when I have a high end gaming PC with all recommended troubleshooting steps completed. What I really want to see is respawn at least address the issue, because it's been persistent enough for so many people and we've been left in the dark. 

  • oh my god, someone else with the exact same issue. i know its been a week but are you still having this issue? Im on steam, ive tried origin (no better), cleared dns cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled xbox console companion, got rid of all overlays (geforce experience, xbox game bar), and a ton of other crap, but still no fix. Im not sure about you but my issue started a few days ago out of the blue. ive never had an issue like this, and its left my game completely unplayable. i havent seen anything on youtube about it, only your forums post and another forums post. please let me know if you find a fix, and if youre also still having the issue i will let you know if i find one.

    worst part is that i was in the middle of my ranked grind to diamond, and just reached gold 1 before it started 🙂

    @I_ReveCANT_Win I’ve had this issue come out of nowhere and then disappear after I found a “fix”, only to resurface again (several times now) down the road.
    I thought the vpn ExitLag was helping then the issue came back after a day or two. After this post I reinstalled all nvidia software/drivers and the issue disappeared almost entirely.
    I’ve read many people find odd temporary/permanent fixes that only work for select people.maybe a fresh nvidia wipe could help, just make sure you take all proper steps when doing so. Good luck mate.

    So far it seems that UCMD delay is caused by issues with the servers themselves and the way they process UCMD's.

    We've yet to get confirmation that this is the case though, so hopefully we can get some insight soon.

    That's why it might go away in some cases, in some cases a lucky streak where they avoid these severs for a long time.

    On the other hand it could be an extremely generic issue that could be caused by almost anything, which would make it even harder to resolve.

    Also @saladpepe, it might be better not to ping EA staff if they haven't participated in a certain thread.

    It should probably be done whenever you're replying to them, that way they can keep track of the threads they have been participating in.

    Now of course I'm not saying that this isn't an pressing matter, though I think they would like it if it's done that way.

  • @XHelperZ You’re spot on. I do think it’s a fair possibility these delays are server sided, and it’s commonly known apex routing suffers in a lot of aspects. At this point, I’m hoping they’ve been testing things in the shadows and the s14 patch will come with some sort of fix.
    If not, I’m really hoping we see Respawn acknowledge this issue through their twitter or some other site as this hasn’t been discussed much outside of users experiences on places like reddit and these threads.
    You’re also totally right about tagging ea staff. I realized shortly after I should’ve waited for a reply from someone rather than expecting that person to see/reply to my ping.
