Re: Predition error most of the time in servers please help

Have tried as you said i still get perdition error popping up now and again but not as bad have added 3 trace results to see if if you think i have any connection issues or not if so i will get on to my provider see what they say thanks again for your help really appreciated i did a trace of ea then of europe and last one was London apex server.

@dexodd  hop 1 (your equipment) and 2 (connection to your provider) are looking always fine, so the problem is not you. Call your provider, they usually can see the issue.

Thanks for your reply again contacted my isp and they said I have done some remote checks and everything is fine guess i will just have to grin and bear and play like this for now just hard to play when the perdition error starts .

i really like this game but it has been off putting when your connection is so bad i already have cod war zone installed and that plays great on all servers so i decided to put fortnite in today hate the game as don't like the building but when i installed it shows ping in server and packet loss in and out and connection was perfect was getting very low ping and no packet loss at all was staying a constant 0% which i was very pleased with would be a decent game if got rid of the building🙂, the i found pubg lite installed that just to test and it is nothing like apex i think personally apex is a class game but with pubg you can also put inside server so you can see what your connection is like and again 0% packet loss in or out and a very low ping so thats 3 games that servers are great for me so it has to be a problem with EA servers not liking my connection. Is there anyway you can get details in server to see what your ping is doing and packet loss etc or is only way you can view at start when game loads would be good if it showed up as running in server i know you can get fps showing as you play just wondering?

I have this problem in apex on  xbox It happens  all the time  in fights while running its bad
