Have you recently unlinked any platforms from your account? 

This can cause issues with your content and/or progress. If you're able to re-link the platform to its original account that may help in some cases, but if you've already re-linked to the original EA Account and you still have content missing, I'm afraid there wouldn't be any other way to try restoring that progress.
