I already redeemed the code and the message appears that I received 2150 coins all yours
why do I have to contact my retailer that is not his problem
it's an ea app problem or a company problem!!!
that is not 1 gift card 2150
it's 3 gift cards with 2150 coins and the same problem!!!

Unauthorized retailers often offer digital games as “CD keys.” If you choose to purchase an EA “CD key” from unknown parties, you risk buying an unauthorized or illegally obtained product.
EA may disable keys suspected of being initially obtained or distributed by unlawful means.
If you bought an EA digital product from an unauthorized party and your key is disabled, you won't be able to play your game, and we won't be able to help you with it.

again I have to tell you that is not a CD key
it's a gift card with Apex coinsand we don't have in our country a visa that works in EA app to buy directly from the store of EA
please I don't want a bot answer
you can't investigate my account and my history of redeeming gift cardsso that is your problem, not mine
you can't handle the cheaters and scammers even hackers in the game and delay in servers
that is not my problem too, it's yours
so please respect my mindset
and instead of blaming me for nothing just apologize and fix your issues
