I was at Home gold 3 yesterday and my rank reset to bronze 1 and I'm not able to play rank coz it says rank not initialized. Try restarting i tried restarting 10 times
Honestly I'm very bored playing e district only i wanted to play some other maps that's why i wanted to play rank but now i think I'll leave this game coz its very boring playing only one map
Bored playing 1 map and rank mode is not there for me some reson uninstalling this game
Have the same problem and can't get it to fix it self. Tried repairing it too..

While they are working on restoring our RP we only lose RP for not playing

This fix didn't work for me or my friends were on console and still haven't gotten our ranks back.

I was pred at 15.3k rp on Monday morning before the glitch. I reset to Plat 2 and remained at plat 2 after the fix. Now I've grinded back to D4 but it makes no sense for me to keep playing. Tomorrow maybe there will be another bug and I'll lose it all again. The game reset me over 5000 rp. That makes it awful hard to hold one of the top 750 spots in this game. Is there any update on if they are still working on this? I feel like I deserve some sort of answer. I already submitted an EA help ticket and have heard nothing back.

apparently there were still some stragglers and the team released an additional fix. Please let us know if you got your ranks and RP back now.
You might have to play a match, and you'll then see a large RP boost. Also, all affected players got granted 1 Apex Pack.Here is the latest communication by the Respawn team:

- @EA_Vendcera I got the wrong reward from rumble ranked season 21, I was diamond and got rookie reward for the badge... I have made plenty of tickets but they get closed without any support or comments what so ever...
