If you go to your user files and look in saved games, there is a section for apex.
in the videoconfiguration.txt file there is your video settings.
try edit that with notepad and see if it works. 🙂

I've already checked there, theres no settings for resolution there
Should be just here:
If not then try adding it to the file if its not there
just added those options, still launches in 1080p
