Re: Since the start of season 10 Ijust can't play

@cyrus223223 I usually load up apex just fine. After I play my first game, I’m greeted with a never-ending loading screen… if it’s not the 1st it’s the 2nd if not the 2nd then the 3rd, but it happens every session no matter what for about a week now. I’ve tried everything uninstalling, repairing, clearing caches, etc. if it’s online, I’ve tried it. I’m confident it’s not my internet or my rig. Not sure if this is an issue for others but I want it documented and taken care of ASAP

@EA_Atic has troubled me for more than a day now, I can only play one or two games. Now I added high ping. I also tested the 9th season (0~5?...idk) and now the 10th season (20~50), everything is normal, but my wi-fi is 5G! The download is 273.63, upload is 284.42!!!
It may be because I am using a Hong Kong server, but I am from Hong Kong, but my ping in Hong Kong is already that high
Have you tried our connection guide and see if it helps?
The answer is no
High ping times: 4 ~225 on
Packet loss: pass
The big difference between best/worst ping time: pass

same problem as u till now i cant even enter to a game in apex that why i switched im playing other games and the support seems to do nothing at all they just give same answers like a bot
