What happens when the bug occurs? cant enter a match and only training and firing range open like i just got apex

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? how should i know!?
level 428 and after three matches all the dudden the game would unready me and say orientation match but i cannot ready up.
also noticed entering the game from the title screen takes longer than normal
