Hey @emrfrknz,
Did you try logging into any other accounts on the Origin website? Is it only giving you that error with one specific account, or do you get it from any account you're trying to access on the site?

@EA_Kent How this is not a top priority issue is beyond me. Every person I’ve see. Having these issues are big time players/spenders. You guys have made no attempt at actually handling this in a way that gives any of us any confidence in your products. What motivation do I have going forward to buy season passes and skins or even play the game or try to improve if you can just lock people out of their accounts for over 2 weeks with absolutely zero concrete answers. Even if for some reason I am able to log in and play when the new patch comes out, my motivation to invest my time in this game (and my money) has all but been decimated. How you keep me as a customer of any of your products going forward I guess will be based on how much in game currency finds it’s way into the accounts of those affected, because even that doesn’t feel like much of a fair trade for the situation. I don’t want to walk away from my favorite game, but it wouldn’t be the first time and it won’t be the last.

I get the frustration. I'm sorry that I don't have more information to share on this, but I'm not a developer. I don't have the in-depth insight on what might be causing this to happen. I know the team is investigating this and working on getting it fixed, and I've been passing along these reports as they've been coming in.
Again, apologies that I don't have more information I can provide on this, but I assure you that it's under investigation. If I do hear back with more details or updates I'll be sure to let everyone know.
