My account was suddenly banned without any clear reason. I truly need this account, as it has been with me for five years. I am deeply passionate about the game Apex Legends. Following the instructions on the official forums, I submitted an appeal, but your staff provided no response or assistance. Is this lack of support due to my location in Asia? Could there be discrimination involved?

 

Additionally, I have been unable to send emails to your customer support team, which is why I am reaching out to you directly through this message, hoping you can offer some help. My account was mistakenly suspended on September 16, 2024. Since then, I have continuously sought assistance, but the feeling of being helpless and unheard has been incredibly distressing.

 

Please, I kindly ask for your support.

    lty05​ I've merged your thread into this one, however as mentioned by EA_Lanna​, bans cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

    If the ban appeal is denied, (and the player isn't able to appeal their ban any further), what that means is that there was enough evidence to uphold that player's ban.

    Note: The player's region, spoken language, etc. has NO impact on their appeal.
