If our TOS team after multiple investigations have denied your appeals @WenenOyao then there is nothing anyone can do to change this.

@EA_Darko I keep seeing you say this in these threads. I have played over 2000 hours of this game with 0 issues like this. A hacker takes my account for a day and now I'm perma-banned?

Hey @PureBloodSausage you need to speak with our TOS team, if they cannot help then there is nothing we can do to change this.
