Yo, i got the same message today. Wtf??? I play from the season 0 and i just got this message from the game. EA what's happening with your game. I already mailed to support for that and i hope they will fix it coz i put hella tone of money in this game as well as my time. I got a lot of proofs that i was not using hacks so EA pls.

I’ve emailed the TOS team twice and the first time I got an email back saying that my account is permanently banned due to me cheating and exploiting the game with a third party software or using the games bugs to my advantage. I’ve put alot of my own time and money into the game so I can enjoy it more but never have I ever used any third party software to exploit the game. I just want my account to be unbanned so I can enjoy the game again because this is ridiculous

Hey @PappaKrytac if our TOS team has advised you that the ban will not be lifted then I'm sorry to say but there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this.
