Hey @qtAIRz,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're running into with this.

I do see you had mentioned you've already reached out to support about this once, however it does look like the account may have been previously disabled due to someone else gaining access a while back.

If you've already gone through these security steps, you'll need to reach back out to support so they can take another look at the account, sorry this was missed.

    Hi, umm my account was previously banned for a couple of days then when I started playing again I started to lag non-stop, this only occurred when I got banned never before 

    I also receive the same message upon logging in: This profile is not permitted to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information 

    can anybody explain this and maybe tell me how to fix this?

    Hi I have the same issue with both my Nintendo switch accounts. I have contacted Nintendo and my accounts are fine with them. I have contacted ea and they said I have no bans. I can not play on either of my accounts and I don't know why. I have never done anything wrong at all. I have contacted them multiple times to get this fixed. I am not sure why I can't play either of my games now.

    Hi I had the same problem. Contacted them multiple times. They said nothing is wrong they said I have a bug with the game that is preventing me from going online. They said come to you and have you look I to this. Please I really want to play my game

    @KittyBuss I did this earlier but it didn't work for me :') but someone else here mentioned that they had "convert speech to text" on and then they started having that problem. And I turned that on yesterday. So I turned it off and my game started working 🤗

    Yeah I guess there is a problem with incoming text chat to speech, if it is enabled it will not work so make sure it is disabled

    mate i have the same issue now..

    i dont think theres a fix for profile not permitted to play online error ☹️

    I have two Xbox’s and a pc. We all get the same code. I am currently unable to use one Xbox. The other I can get in if I am spamming the A button as it loads. If I wait, I’ll be stuck on the error screen. The ox works but gets thrown out of games constantly.

    wondering if it may be to do with internet speeds?
