So you see the chapters up top next one is avaliable in 6 days and 10 hours once all the chapters are unlocked you will have your rewards its a bit weird though why the apex pack eva skin and 10 stars say they are ticked but yeah so wait until all the story chapters are out and you will recive these 3 rewards.

Sorry this is late, This information is totally wrong from what i gave.
Once you complete all packs the rewards are not for the story progress. There was a bug that didnt allow players to claim their rewards after 45 packs were collected. This bug has then since been resolved.
however if it still isn't resolved for you, go and try and collect another pack in a match and see if it triggers the rewards for you after the game! Well ive logged into apex still nothing went to get a treasure pack and it said ive got them all soo i guess rip me lol
Hello, I experienced this bug last night and since logging on this morning I tried collecting another treasure pack. It would not let me and I still did not receive my rewards after dying and leaving the match. Seems like the bug sadly isn't fixed.

Dont worry this will 100% be fixed before season 12 if not then we are all probably going to be contacting support agents

it would be in your best interest to make a support ticket to EA to have them look at your account to see if there is an issue. - @AaranJimmy Read all the chapters, the 3 items are still locked.
I have also not recieved my rewards after completing all pack!
When are you going to fix this?
